Große Auflagefläche auf der Blindseite: Für Verbindungsmaterialien geringerer Festigkeit oder für den Dünnblechbereich besonders geeignet. Kleine Länge auf der Blindseite: Weniger Platz auf der Blindseite vor dem Einbau erforderlich. Hohe Stabilität des Nietes: Verhindert die Wahrscheinlichkeit von Geräuschen oder Vibrationen in dynamisch beanspruchten Anwendungen. Vertiefter Dornbruch: Kein Hängenbleiben an Kleidung, Haut oder Bauteilen. Steifigkeit des Nietdornes und der Verriegelungsmechanismus garantieren hohe Scher- und Zugfestigkeit.
