HFS offers innovative manufacturers the opportunity to design high quality products using lighter weight materials such as aluminium and magnesium alloys as well as carbon fibre materials while still achieving high strength and reliability in the threaded fastener assembly.

Recoil automated installation systems can assist you in stream-lining your production process and aid you with in-line production or repetitive production situations. The range includes high energy efficiency pneumatic and electric installation tooling as well as manual tooling. Using our semi automated installation tooling systems and strip feed inserts can reduce the installation time from minutes to seconds.

Recoil automated installation systems offer the ability to install several up to 4 inserts simultaneously and at a much faster rate than standard (non-automated) installation tooling. This type of installation tooling is particularly effective when used with Recoil strip feed inserts. Strip feed inserts are retained in a plastic strip which is passed through a slot in the front end assembly nozzle, indexing the insert to the installation mandrel and optimize production with increased installation cycles and reduced operator fatigue.
